As we attain the give up of some other season, the PSA’s Matt Coles has been talking to the celebs of the PSA World Tour about their 2018/19 campaigns. Here he catches up with England’s Tom Richards.

This season, Tom Richards advanced his rating by 10 places, and moved into the top 20 at one factor, for the first time in view that August 2013.
The Englishman admitted that has been satisfied with his consistency at some point of the season, and that he is already looking forward to 2019-20.
“Overall I’ve been glad with my performances this season, being regular and beating a few fairly ranked players along the way,’ he stated.

Along with the consistency came a few highlights, which include attaining the quarter finals of both the Canada Cup and the Channel VAS Championships.

“Making the area finals on the Channel VAS was a highlight for me,” Richards defined.
“Being at my home club intended that I had pals and family there to help me, which is uncommon when traveling the world, but also to overcome two first-rate opponents in Borja Golan and Omar Mosaad changed into very alluring.”

Going into the low season, Richards took some day off to relax before entering into his pre-season schooling routine.
He knows that it is the moderate changes which can be had to push himself even better in the game.

“So my major desires are to conquer pinnacle 8 ranked gamers, win at the least one PSA title and most importantly to stay wholesome.”
“If I obtain that then I trust I will assignment the top gamers always.”
